What information Parcel Watch handles, why we use it, who receives it, and how to exercise your choices.

Operated by Fullstack Connections, Inc

1. Who we are and what this covers

Fullstack Connections, Inc operates Parcel Watch and is responsible for personal information we handle to run our website, accounts, and business. Contact us at legal@fullstackconnections.com. This policy covers our website and related services. When an organization provides information for its workspace, we process that information to provide its service; the organization also controls its members’ access and its own use of the information.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: your name, email, sign-in and profile information, support correspondence, notification preferences, and, when you use the relevant features, workspace membership, property addresses and identifiers, saved records, notes, tasks, and uploaded files. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, tenant financial details, government identifiers, or portal passwords.

Billing information: when you purchase a plan, our payment provider processes payment details. We may receive billing contacts, subscription status, transaction identifiers, invoices, and limited payment-method information. We do not need your full payment-card number in support messages or property records.

Technical information: our service and infrastructure providers process IP addresses, browser and device information, request URLs, access times, authentication activity, errors, and related logs to deliver, troubleshoot, and protect the service. URLs can contain a property identifier or search query. Cookies and browser storage are described in our Cookie Policy.

Public and third-party information: we collect property and civic records from government agencies and other identified sources. Records can include addresses, parcel identifiers, permits, complaints, notices, dates, and names or contact information contained in the source. A public record may relate to you even if you do not have an account. If you choose a third-party sign-in or integration, we receive the information needed for that connection under the permissions you grant.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide lookups and workspaces, retrieve and organize records, send requested alerts and service messages, manage accounts and billing, respond to requests, investigate errors and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We also use service information to understand reliability and improve the product.

Any enabled automated summaries or AI features can make mistakes. Information you choose to submit to an enabled feature may be processed to produce its output. Feature availability and any additional provider disclosures apply at the point of use; a marketing description of a future feature does not mean your data is already being sent to an AI provider.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service that do not override your rights, legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. When information is shared

Service providers process information for hosting, content delivery, database storage, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, and operational support. Cloudflare provides hosting and storage infrastructure. Email monitoring uses Resend; account and workspace features use Supabase, and paid-plan features may use Stripe when enabled. Providers receive information needed for their role. Third-party sites you visit, including agency records and payment pages, handle information under their own policies.

Workspace information is available to the organization and members authorized to access it. Public lookup pages display public-source information; do not put private material in a field or feature intended for public display.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, or establish or defend legal claims. Information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use advertising trackers on the site. We do not give advertisers your property watchlists or workspace content.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, taking account of your account status, the type and sensitivity of the information, service and security needs, contractual commitments, and legal requirements. Account and workspace information is generally kept while needed to provide the account; billing, dispute, fraud-prevention, and legally required records may need to be retained afterward.

You can request deletion at legal@fullstackconnections.com. We will verify the request and explain any information we must retain. Deletion from active systems does not instantly remove every backup or security log; retained copies remain subject to safeguards and are removed or overwritten under the applicable retention process. Closing a personal account does not automatically delete records controlled by an organization or records held by a government agency. We do not promise a fixed deletion or backup period where one has not been established.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You can manage available profile, workspace, billing, and notification settings in the service. Use an unsubscribe link where provided or contact us to stop optional emails. Essential account, billing, security, and legal notices may still be sent while you use the service.

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know or access the personal information we hold, correct it, receive a portable copy, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or appeal our response. Send requests to legal@fullstackconnections.com with the subject “Privacy request.” You do not need an account to make a request. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority, but please do not send identity documents until we request a secure method.

We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any lawful limits or extensions. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. You may contact your local data protection or privacy authority. If a request concerns an organization’s workspace, we may direct you to that organization or assist it in responding.

7. California and browser privacy signals

The categories of information, sources, purposes, and recipients described above also describe our practices for California residents. Where California privacy law applies, you may exercise its access, correction, deletion, and other applicable rights using the contact method above, including through an authorized agent.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, including information about minors. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Global Privacy Control signals therefore do not require you to make an additional advertising opt-out request for our current practices. We do not change essential service processing in response to a legacy Do Not Track signal. We do not permit advertising networks to track your activity across unrelated sites through our site.

8. Public records and corrections

We can review concerns about how Parcel Watch displays personal information, including correction or removal requests where applicable. Email legal@fullstackconnections.com with the relevant page and a description of the issue. Government agencies control their original records; removing or correcting information in Parcel Watch does not change the source. We may direct you to the source agency to correct the official record.

9. Processing locations and safeguards

We are a U.S. operator and use providers whose systems or personnel may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your data.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls and platform security features. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Our Security Policy explains our approach and how to report a concern.

10. Children

Parcel Watch is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect account information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact legal@fullstackconnections.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Public-source records may incidentally contain information about people of different ages.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post updates here with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice through the service or account email as appropriate and obtain consent where legally required. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to Fullstack Connections, Inc at legal@fullstackconnections.com.
