Cookie Policy

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent to a website with requests. Local storage saves preferences in your browser without automatically sending them with every request. Fullstack Connections, Inc uses these technologies to support Parcel Watch’s sign-in, security, and interface preferences. Technical request logs are described in the Privacy Policy.

The public email-monitoring site does not require an account. Where account sign-in is available, Supabase authentication cookies maintain and refresh your session. Their names can begin with “sb-” and may be split across multiple cookies. Authentication flows may also store short-lived verification information. Lifetimes depend on session settings and may be renewed while you use the service. Signing out clears the active browser session, but does not substitute for revoking access from other devices.

Our hosting and security providers may use cookies or similar checks when applying enabled traffic protection or fraud prevention. These support service delivery and protection rather than advertising. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or completion of a protected request.

In versions with account workspace preferences, “sidebar_state” remembers whether the account navigation is expanded for up to seven days. “last-selected-team” remembers your selected workspace for up to 30 days. These values may be refreshed when you change the relevant setting.

Where display preferences are available, the “theme” local-storage value remembers your light, dark, or system display preference until you change it or clear browser storage. Language routing may use a “NEXT_LOCALE” cookie to remember a language selection when locale detection is used. These preferences are stored per browser; they are not an advertising profile.

Parcel Watch does not currently use advertising cookies or a third-party behavioral analytics tracker. Infrastructure logs used to deliver, secure, and debug the service are separate from advertising. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will update this policy and request that consent before enabling it.

If you open a government source, a payment provider, a sign-in provider, or another third-party site, that site may set its own cookies under its policy. Your choices on Parcel Watch do not control storage used on those sites.

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage using your browser’s site-data and privacy settings. Where account and preference controls are available, you can also sign out and change those preferences within Parcel Watch. The public email-monitoring version does not offer account or workspace preference controls. Clearing storage can sign you out, reset preferences, or interrupt an authentication flow. Private browsing generally clears that session’s storage when it ends, subject to your browser’s behavior.

We do not offer an “accept all” advertising banner because the current service does not use optional advertising or behavioral analytics cookies.
