Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Fullstack Connections, Inc. Use Parcel Watch only for lawful property research, monitoring, and related work. Follow applicable law, source restrictions, and the rights of property owners, occupants, colleagues, and other people whose information may appear in records.

Do not use the service to harass, stalk, threaten, dox, discriminate against, or otherwise harm a person. Do not publish private workspace information without permission, impersonate another person or agency, or misrepresent a Parcel Watch summary as an official notice or a verified professional opinion.

Parcel Watch is not a consumer reporting agency and its information is not a consumer report. Do not use it to determine an individual’s eligibility for housing or tenancy, employment, credit, insurance, or any other purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law. Public availability does not remove your responsibility to use information lawfully.

Do not bypass authentication, workspace permissions, rate limits, usage limits, or access restrictions; probe or exploit another account; disrupt service; inject malicious content; or attempt to obtain secrets. Security research must follow our Security Policy.

Do not scrape or automate access in ways that overload the service, evade limits, or violate source terms. Use documented interfaces within their permitted limits, and ask us before conducting bulk collection or load testing. Do not remove source attribution, obscure provenance, or resell access to private accounts without our written agreement.

Only upload or connect information you are authorized to use. Do not submit malware, unlawful content, stolen credentials, or content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not upload government portal passwords, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Do not use notifications, invitations, or contact features to send spam, deceptive messages, or communications to people without an appropriate basis. Do not manipulate records or evidence to conceal a violation, fabricate compliance, or mislead another user or a government agency.

Report suspected misuse to legal@fullstackconnections.com, including the relevant page or account details and a brief explanation. Do not include unnecessary personal information or secrets. We may investigate, restrict content or features, suspend accounts, or end access under the Terms of Service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the concern; urgent security, legal, or safety issues may require immediate action.

If you believe we made an enforcement mistake, contact legal@fullstackconnections.com with enough information to identify the decision and explain your concern. We will review it. We will post updates to this policy with an effective date and provide notice of material changes as described in the Terms of Service.
